UNION AND EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITY. 4.1 All employees agree to give their best efforts at all times to the performance of their work, and will not in any circumstances deliberately delay, shirk, or cause delay to any work through ▇▇▇▇▇ grievances, but will carry on with their work while any grievance is being investigated. Directors will not discriminate against any employee who has requested investigation into an alleged grievance, and all parties hereto will at all times extend the fullest co-operation to one another in order that the assigned work shall be carried on economically.
UNION AND EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITY. Section 23.01 All work shall be performed by Employees in the most efficient and practical manner either on the job or in the shop of the Employer. Prior to the performance of prefabrication work in the shop, performed by Employees covered by this Agreement, there shall be notification to the job ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on the job for which the materials are intended for installation. Section 23.02 The function of the Employer shall be to see that adequate tools and equipment for the preparation and installation of materials are available, also that competent engineering and supervision, plans and specifications, material, apparatus and appliances are provided in such form and quantity as will expedite performance of the work coming under the provisions of this Agreement. Section 23.03 It is the essence of this Agreement that Employers and Employees represented by the Union shall undertake to place all electrical installations undertaken and performed respectively by them in a workmanlike manner, in satisfactory operation for the purchaser and for the least possible resultant cost.

Adverse or Disciplinary Reports Any adverse or disciplinary reports will be removed from an employee’s personnel file after four (24) months from the date of the incident and shall not be used in any future discipline.

  • Employer Responsibilities Recognizing the inherent risk(s) in a correctional setting, the Employer is obligated to provide a safe workplace and to educate employees on proper safety procedures and use of protective and safety equipment. The Employer is committed to responding to legitimate safety concerns raised by the Union and employees. The Employer will comply with federal and state safety standards, including requirements relating to first aid training, first aid equipment and the use of protective devices and equipment.

  • Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for the quality, completeness, accuracy, validity and integrity of the image. You are solely responsible if you, intentionally or unintentionally, submit fraudulent, incorrect or illegible images to us or if Mobile Deposit is used, by authorized or unauthorized persons, to submit fraudulent, unauthorized, inaccurate, incorrect or otherwise improper or unusable images to us.

  • Allocation of Responsibility The City assumes no responsibility for the tax consequences of any VEBA contributions made by or on behalf of any member. Each union that elects to require VEBA contributions for the benefit of its members assumes sole responsibility for insuring that the VEBA complies with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, the Internal Revenue Code, and agrees to indemnify and hold the City harmless for any taxes, penalties and any other costs and expenses resulting from such contributions.
