Subject to approval of the employer, employees will be allowed up to 60 minutes with out loss of pay for the purpose of attending meetings arranged by union and non-union representatives. Employees will be paid for meeting at ordinary rates without any penalty rates incurred by the Company for the period determined above. Provided that adequate notice of the intention to hold the meeting shall be provided to the Company, and provided further that approval of the Company will not be unreasonably withheld. Minimum coverage will be provided throughout all meetings for yard duty to cover loading and unloading of trucks and tankers. Where reasonably possible, the Company will plan to reduce movements in the yard during this period.
