Union Decal. The Employer agrees to display the official Union decal of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union in a location where it can be seen by customers.

Union Decal. The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement it will permit the Union to supply and hang its Union decal provided, however, that such decal shall first be approved by management and shall be located as directed by management. Such decal shall be displayed in a prominent position.

Union Decal. 27.01 The Company agrees to display the current official Union Decal of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union in a location where it can be seen by customers.

Union Decal. 12.01 The Employer agrees to allow the Union to supply and hang its union decal in the location. Such decal shall be displayed in a prominent position. The Union agrees to allow the Employer to utilize the UFCW Local 832 logo on its product.

Union Decal. The Union shall supply each establishment covered by this agreement with an identifying Union decal which the Employer may display during the term of this agreement. Each Employer shall pay an annual rental fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to the Union for supplying and servicing such Union decal. The decal shall be the property of the Union and may be removed by it, in which event the Union shall refund the amount of rental fee equal to the proportion of unused time still remaining and not used.

Union Decal. The Employer agrees to display either the official Union Market Card or Decal of the United Food and Commercial Workers Canada Union, Local No. 401 in a location where it can be seen by the customers. The size of such cards or decals shall be first approved by the Employer.

Union Decal. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement for a worker to post the Canadian Owner- Operator Workers’ Association, Local Union decal in a conspicuous place on the glass area of the equipment he is operating. Said decal will not be attached to any area which will impair the vision of the driver. Said decal shall remain the property of the Union. Management agrees to post the decal on their equipment. ARTICLE SENIORITY Seniority shall be maintained in the reduction and restoration of the work force, provided the senior man is capable of performing the remaining job or jobs. Seniority for the purpose of this Agreement shall mean the length of service with the Company. The Company shall, where operationally possible, attempt to assign work on a seniority basis. The Company will, upon request, provide the Union with an up-to-date list of all workers covered by this Agreement within each branch division. Such lists shall state the starting date of the worker and truck number. Said list shall be posted on the Union Bulletin Board. All newly hired workers shall be considered as probationary workers for the first ninety (90) calendar days. There shall be no responsibility on the part of the Company in respect of the employment of probationary workers should they be laid-off for lack of work or discharged during the probationary period. However, the Company shall inform the probationary worker as to whether he has been discharged or laid-off and the reasons therefore, with written notification to the Union. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the worker will be granted seniority effective the first day of the probationary period. In the event that the Company purchases a business or any part thereof, the workers of which are covered by a Collective Agreement with Canadian Owner-Operator Workers’ Association, Union the seniority of such employees shall be the date that they respectively first become workers of the business aforesaid. In the event of a lay-off regarding a dependent contractor or a driver of a dependent contractor, the Company will take into account:
