Union Education Functions. The Employer recognizes that education is a continuing process. Accordingly, the Employer shall allow the Union to sponsor education functions such as seminars, workshops, or lectures to be held during the Employee’s lunch period or following the regular work day.

  • Union Education If the local union indicates to the Hospital that its members have approved a special assessment for union education in accordance with the CUPE constitution and local union by laws, the Hospital agrees to deduct this assessment.
