Common use of Union Emblem Clause in Contracts

Union Emblem. The Producer agrees to insert the Equity logo and URL along with the following line in the program: "The Actors and Stage Managers employed in this production are members of Actors' Equity Association, the Union of Professional Actors and Stage Managers in the United States.” Also, the Producer agrees whenever and wherever possible to prominently display the Equity Emblem in the lobby of the theatre. The Equity logo, URL and emblem will be supplied by Actors' Equity Association.
