Common use of Union Emblem Clause in Contracts

Union Emblem. ‌ The County agrees to allow a reasonably-sized insignia of the International Association of Fire Fighters to be worn on uniforms and helmets. The Union may affix Union decals to new and replacement apparatus as authorized by the Public Safety Director or designee.
