Union Orientation. The Employer shall provide the President or Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the names of new employees by the end of the month in which employment commences. An elected Table Officer, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or Staff Representative or designate shall have up to fifteen (15) minutes at a time mutually agreeable with the Employer, to acquaint new employees falling within the scope of this Agreement with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and to indicate the general conditions and obligations as they relate to employees.
