2.1 Bargaining Agent Recognition or Recognition The Employer recognizes the B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees to whom the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board on October 21, 1997 applies. The Employer will not create new excluded positions without prior discussion at the Labour Management Committee. The Employer will notify the Union of the details of all new excluded positions as soon as the details are available.
