Common use of UNION RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees for whom the Union has been certified.

UNION RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of negotiating and establishing salaries, wages, hours, and other conditions of employment for all of its employees for whom the Union has been certifiedcovered under this contract.
