UNION SECURITY AND DUES. ‌ (a) The Board agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that an agreement between the Board and the Union is in effect and with the conditions of employment dealing with union security and union dues. (b) The Board shall each month deduct from each Union member and remit to the Union all union dues, initiation fees and assessments levied in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Union. Union dues shall be deducted from the date of hire.
