UNION SERVICE. (a) The Company shall allow time off work without pay for any employee who is serving as a Union delegate to any conference or function, provided all requests for time off are reasonable and do not interfere with the proper operation of the business. (b) Shop Stewards shall be recognized by the Company and shall be given reasonable time to carry out their duties to resolve disputes. (c) Where a grievance meeting is scheduled during the regular work hours of the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, he shall be entitled to attend the meeting without loss of pay. (d) No employee who acts within the scope of this sub-section shall lose his job or be discriminated against for so acting.

(b) Shop Stewards The Company shall be recognized by allow time off work with one-half (1/2) pay to an employee's regular time to any employee who is serving on a Union committee for the purpose of collective bargaining with the Company up to a maximum of the equivalent of seven (7) worked days and shall be given reasonable time up to carry out their duties to resolve disputesa maximum of five (5) individuals.
(c) Where a grievance meeting is scheduled during the regular work hours of the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, he shall be entitled to attend the meeting without loss of pay.
(d) No employee who acts within the scope of this sub-section shall lose his job or be discriminated against for so acting.
