Common use of Union Training Clause in Contracts

Union Training. Should the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and his union decide that the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ needs training to properly carry out his new duties, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may take leave without pay from his work to attend any relevant courses.
