Common use of Unique Requirements Clause in Contracts

Unique Requirements. The Parties acknowledge and agree that AIL has unique requirements and Contractor has solutions regarding the Terminals and Services to be provided by Contractor hereunder. In this regard, to the extent not already provided for in this Agreement, the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith in accordance with the procedures provided in Sections 12.1 and 12.2 hereof to provide the maximum flexibility in meeting AIL's particular Terminal and Service requirements, as proposed by AIL during the Term.
