Scope and Structure Sample Clauses

The "Scope and Structure" clause defines the boundaries and organizational framework of the agreement. It typically outlines which subjects, parties, or activities are covered by the contract and may describe how the document is organized, such as by sections or appendices. For example, it might specify that the agreement applies only to certain products or services, or clarify which related documents are incorporated by reference. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of what the contract governs and how to navigate its provisions, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over interpretation.
