University Physicians Clause Samples

The 'University Physicians' clause defines the role, responsibilities, or status of physicians who are affiliated with a university, typically within the context of a contract or agreement. This clause may specify which physicians are considered part of the university, outline their obligations, or clarify their authority in providing medical services under the agreement. For example, it might state that only physicians employed by or contracted with the university are eligible to participate in certain programs or receive specific benefits. The core function of this clause is to clearly identify which medical professionals are covered by the agreement, thereby preventing misunderstandings about eligibility, responsibilities, or benefits.
