Unsatisfactory Evaluation. If the Board concludes that the Executive Director/CEO's performance is unsatisfactory in any respect, the Board shall identify in writing specific areas where improvement is required, provide written recommendations for improvement, and notify the Executive Director/CEO that another evaluation will be conducted within six (6) months. Such written recommendations and the specifications for improvement shall be provided within thirty (30) days of the date of the evaluation.
