Satisfactory Evaluation. If the overall rating is “satisfactory,” no follow-up is necessary.
Satisfactory Evaluation. The Committee shall make a recommendation to employ the evaluatee as a tenured employee starting in the following academic year.
Satisfactory Evaluation. In departmentalized schools, Department Heads shall give faculty members at least four months' warning before issuing an unsatisfactory performance rating. The warning should specify what would be required to achieve a satisfactory rating. Failure to meet the standards enunciated shall be considered just cause for an unsatisfactory evaluation. In non- departmentalized schools, equivalent arrangements shall be established by Deans and faculty members. Discipline for just cause under Articles 13.7 or 27 shall not be subject to this requirement.
Satisfactory Evaluation. A unit member shall earn a satisfactory rating for the evaluation if the overall average score in Section 2 on the J-2 Formal Observation Summary Report is greater than or equal to 3.0.
Satisfactory Evaluation. Performance evaluation of members of the bargaining unit shall be in conformance with Article 30.5(B).

Annual contract employees who receive at least a satisfactory rating on their performance evaluations during each of their three probationary years of employment, shall be awarded a professional services contract (PSC) if they meet the requirements specified in Florida Statute 1012.33

Satisfactory Evaluation. If the performance of the Assistant Superintendent is deemed satisfactory pursuant to the Assistant Superintendent’s Annual Evaluation, the Superintendent shall recommend to the Board that the term of this Agreement will be extended by one year. The Superintendent shall notify the Assistant Superintendent in the final year term of this Agreement of the Superintendent’s intention not to recommend renewal or extension of the Agreement at least six (6) months before the expiration of this Agreement. The Superintendent’s obligation to provide this six (6) month notice is dependent on the Assistant Superintendent’s informing the Superintendent of this notice requirement in writing no less than nine (9) months before the expiration of this Agreement. Nothing in this section shall affect the rights and obligations of the Board, including under Sections 1.c and 10.b of this Agreement.
Satisfactory Evaluation. In September, 2012, and in May or June of 2013 and May or June of each year thereafter, contingent upon a satisfactory performance evaluation, the Mayor will document the satisfactory performance evaluation by a memo to the Finance and Administrative Services Director, with a copy to Human Resources and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, which will trigger ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or the Finance and Administrative Services Director to timely cause to be placed on the City Council’s regular meeting agenda the City Council’s consideration of any applicable salary increase in addition to that referenced in section IV.A. above. The City Council shall consider each year and vote on whether ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall receive a salary increase to raise ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the average salary rate for the city managers in the comparison cities of Los Altos, Menlo Park, San ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Cupertino, Los Gatos, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as determined by a salary survey conducted within the preceding six months, provided that the total salary increase in any year shall not exceed five percent (5.0%). The City Council vote for the September 2012 evaluation will occur in the Fall of 2012 and be effective on or before November 1, 2012. The City Council vote for the May or June evaluations, beginning in 2013, will occur in May or June and be effective on or before July 1 of the same calendar year as the vote. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ salary (as adjusted by the increase pursuant to section IV.A. above) is at or above average determined by of the salary survey, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ salary will not be adjusted.
Satisfactory Evaluation. If the Board’s annual evaluation of the Superintendent’s performance is satisfactory or better, the Board may, but is not obligated to, give the Superintendent a salary increase following a satisfactory evaluation. The Board has discretion to set the amount of the Superintendent’s salary increase.
