The "Before November" clause sets a specific timeframe, indicating that certain actions, obligations, or conditions must be fulfilled prior to the month of November. Before November. 15 in the final year of an extended LTA 2 appointment, the academic unit will meet with the ▇▇▇▇ to review the position. One of the following decisions will be made:
i) If the ▇▇▇▇ agrees that enrolments are sufficient to justify the creation of a tenure-track position, the normal approval process for tenure-track appointments will be initiated.
ii) If the ▇▇▇▇ does not agree that the rationale for hiring the LTA 2 still applies, the LTA 2 position will be discontinued. The academic unit will not be permitted to hire another LTA 2 or an LTA 1 to replace the discontinued position.
Before November. 1st in any year, employees may notify the Employer of requests for additional time off at Christmas or New Year’s. Where such requests are granted, seniority shall be a factor. The Employer shall post the Christmas / New Year’s schedule by November 15th.
Before November. 30 in each of its Fiscal Years, the Borrower shall, on the basis of forecasts prepared by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Bank, review whether it would meet the requirements set forth in paragraph (a) in respect of such year and the two (2) next following Fiscal Years and shall furnish to the Bank a copy of such review upon its completion.
Before November. 1 of each year, the Company shall ascertain the wishes of the employees and endeavour to take them into account regarding the scheduling of Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Preferences shall be taken on the basis of seniority within the functional groups.
Before November. 30 every year. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with the annual power production plan, including: - Operation plan of months in a year (electricity and its available capacity); - Maintenance and repair schedule of generating units in a year (if any).
Before November. 1, 2022, the Union and the Employer shall meet to consider the feasibility of transferring to the CLAC Health Fund. This allowing for premium and coverage increase if applicable. At the same time, the parties shall also consider the feasibility to transferring to the CLAC Pension Plan.
Before November. 1st in any year, employees may notify the Employer of requests for additional time off at Christmas or New Year's. Where such requests are granted, seniority shall be a factor. The Employer shall post the Christmas/New Year's schedule by November 15th.
12.2 The work week in which any one of these holidays falls shall consist of four (4) working days as defined in Article 11.2. The work week in which two (2) of these holidays fall shall consist of three (3) working days under the same definition. If the employee's day off falls on a statutory holiday, the day owed shall be taken on the working day immediately before or after the employee's days off.
12.3 The Employer recognizes the right of employees to have the statutory holidays in time off and will endeavour to schedule employees off on this basis. To this end, the Unit Manager or Manager of Operations and Engineering will accept written requests for the time off two (2) weeks in advance of the holiday and endeavour to grant such requests, taking into consideration seniority and the operational requirements of the holiday news schedule. The Employer will subsequently post a revised schedule one (1) week in advance of the week in question. Employees required to work on a statutory holiday shall have the option of taking premium pay in cash or time off subject to the limitations on banked time set out in Article 11.9.
12.4 Employees required to work on a holiday defined in this Section shall be paid at the rate of double time for a minimum of eight (8) hours in addition to their regular salary. All hours worked on a statutory holiday beyond eight (8) shall be compensated for at the rate of double time and a half in addition to their regular salary.
Before November. 1, the department shall select projects, based on the final project scores, for funding under this chapter for the following calendar year.
