The Work Week. The regular work week will consist of four (4) nine (9) hour straight time days Monday to Thursday and one (1) eight (8) hour straight time day on Friday in the first week. The Work Week. (a) of a Civil Aviation Inspector or an Engineering Test Pilot shall normally be Monday through Friday, and the work day of such employee shall, where operational requirements as determined by the Employer permit, be scheduled between 0700 hours and 1800 hours; (b) and (i) of a shore-based Helicopter Pilot shall be scheduled at least one month in advance and shall normally be scheduled on the basis of five (5) working days and two (2) consecutive days of rest in each consecutive week; (ii) the Employer will endeavor to give at least two (2) weeks notice to Helicopter Pilots assigned to shipboard operations of sailing dates and times and anticipated crew change dates, and as much notice as possible of any revisions to such dates and times.
The Work Week. Except as otherwise specified herein the basic work week for the Water Production and Treatment Division employees shall consist of five (5) consecutive work days. Other than employees assigned to rotating (swing) shifts, the Water Production and Treatment Division employees will work Monday through Friday.

The work week for part-time employees are covered by a Tentative Agreement, that incorporate the terms of 2016 Memorandum of Understanding to increase to 28-hour regular schedule for part time employees and grandfather clause for employees at 20-24 hours who declined option to increase to 28-hour schedule. For all timekeeping purposes, fifteen (15) minutes shall be the minimum timekeeping increment. The Work Week. 5.2.1 The work week shall be any five consecutive days, as scheduled by the Employer. 5.2.2 Employees shall be notified in writing by the Employer seven (7) business days in advance of any changes in the employee's work week.

Employees returning to the plant after 1:30 p.m. will be allowed to leave at 3:00 p.m. with supervisory approval, if no lunch period was taken and working conditions do not dictate otherwise.
The Work Week. A. During summer, spring and winter recess, all employees may be scheduled for a day shift with no loss of night differential. However, this scheduling shift shall not be made where it would cause personal hardship. B. Any employee (other than a Teaching Assistant) working less than twenty-eight (28) hours per week shall be considered a part-time employee. The parties agree that a full­ time Teaching Assistant is one who works thirty-two and one-half (32.5) or more hours per week. C. Full-time Cafeteria employees, Teaching Assistants, Bus Attendants, Monitors, Parent Peer Trainer, Behavior Intervention Assistant, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and School Bus Drivers (10 mos.) will be scheduled to work on all days on which teachers report, not to exceed 184 days. D. For twelve {12) month clerical personnel, the work week will consist of 37Yz hours or 40 hours per week, except for winter and spring recess and between July 15 and August 15, when the work week will be 35 hours and 37Yz hours respectively. For ten (10) month clerical personnel, the work week will consist of 37Yz hours except for winter and spring recess when it will be 35 hours.

(Those Hospitals with the lesser required hours shall reflect in the salary rates a pro-rata lesser amount compared with salaries for other Hospitals based on the ratio that the standard or normal hours of work at the Hospital concerned are to thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and shall appropriately reflect such hours in this Article). The length of time over which the hours of work per week are to be averaged shall be determined locally and shall be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix. (b) (applicable to part-time employees only) The normal or standard work day shall be seven and one-half (7½) hours per day and the normal or standard full- time work week shall be an average of thirty-seven and one- half (37½) hours per week except in those hospitals where agreements already provide a normal or standard work day of less than seven and one-half hours and a normal or standard full-time work week of less than thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours. (Those Hospitals with the lesser required hours shall reflect in the salary rates a pro-rata lesser amount compared with salaries for other Hospitals based on the ratio that the standard or normal hours work at the Hospital concerned are to thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and shall appropriately reflect such hours in this article.) Part-time employees shall be entitled to overtime pay at the rate of time and one-half their regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the normal or standard work day or in excess of the normal or standard full-time work week. The length of time over which the hours of work per week are to be averaged shall be determined locally and shall be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix. (c) Where the Hospital and the Union agree, subject to the approval of the Ministry of Labour, other arrangements regarding hours of work may be entered into between parties on a local level with respect to tours beyond the normal or standard work day in accordance with the provisions set out in Article 25.01 of the collective agreement.
