The Work Week. (a) of a Civil Aviation Inspector or an Engineering Test Pilot shall normally be Monday through Friday, and the work day of such employee shall, where operational requirements as determined by the Employer permit, be scheduled between 0700 hours and 1800 hours; (b) and (i) of a shore-based Helicopter Pilot shall be scheduled at least one month in advance and shall normally be scheduled on the basis of five (5) working days and two (2) consecutive days of rest in each consecutive week; (ii) the Employer will endeavor to give at least two (2) weeks notice to Helicopter Pilots assigned to shipboard operations of sailing dates and times and anticipated crew change dates, and as much notice as possible of any revisions to such dates and times.
