Usage Agreement. In consideration of Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District, acting by and through Woodmen Hills Parks and Recreation Department, its directors, officers, agents, employees, volunteers, representatives, and any other persons or entities acting on their behalf (the “District”) allowing me or my minor child(ren) to use the Woodmen Hills Recreation Center West and Recreation Center East (together, the “Recreation Centers”) and participate in all related events and activities (“Activities”), I (“User”), on behalf of myself and my minor child(ren), do voluntarily and willingly acknowledge and enter into the following Usage Agreement and Waiver of Liability (“Agreement”):

Usage Agreement. By signing this agreement, we (student and parent) agree to abide by the conditions listed above and assume responsibility for the care and proper use of CCS technology, including personally backing up personal data. We understand that should the student fail to honor all the terms of this contract, future Internet and other electronic media accessibility may be denied. Furthermore, the student may be subject to disciplinary action and, if applicable, the device may be recalled. Use of CCS technology resources is subject to Board of Education policies and the Student Code of Conduct.

Usage Agreement. All vendor employees performing services for the County must sign and agree to an IT usage agreement within their own organization as part of an overall security training and awareness program. At a minimum, vendor employees must sign a statement of understanding within their own organization regarding Internet dangers, IT security, and IT ethics and best practices, • IT Security Policies and Procedures.

Usage Agreement. Except as otherwise provided below, Client may not use the project report externally (including public forums), in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Technomic. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Technomic grants Client the limited right to use portions of or information from the project report in external presentations; provided that such portions or information so used may not constitute more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the content of any such external presentation by Client without Technomic’s prior written consent. For example, if the Client is presenting a deck of 100 slides, no more than twenty-five (25) slides may include Technomic research.
