USAGE AND BILL CALCULATION Sample Clauses
The "Usage and Bill Calculation" clause defines how a customer's usage of services or goods is measured and how corresponding charges are determined. Typically, this clause outlines the metrics or units used to track consumption, such as kilowatt-hours for electricity or gigabytes for data, and explains the method for calculating the total bill, including any applicable rates, fees, or minimum charges. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and accuracy in billing, helping both parties understand how charges are derived and reducing the potential for disputes over payment amounts.
