Common use of Use of Accumulated Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Use of Accumulated Sick Leave. A teacher ▇▇▇ utilize accumulated sick leave while on maternity leave under the following terms and conditions: 1. The teacher continues to work until such time as she is physically disabled from working. The Superintendent may require the teacher to produce medical certification of disability as aforementioned. 2. The accumulated sick leave may only be utilized during the period of the teacher’s physical disability. With the exception of the use of accumulated sick leave as provided above and with the exception of paid leave as provided in Section IV below, maternity and parental leave are unpaid.
