Use of Building Sample Clauses
The "Use of Building" clause defines the permitted purposes and activities for which a tenant or occupant may utilize the premises. It typically outlines specific allowable uses, such as office, retail, or residential, and may prohibit certain activities that could cause damage, violate laws, or disturb other occupants. By clearly specifying acceptable uses, this clause helps prevent disputes, ensures compliance with zoning and legal requirements, and protects the interests of both the property owner and other tenants.
