Use of Common and Basement and Service Areas. The Common and Basement and service areas, if any, as located within the VIRASHA HEIGHTS(project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment’s etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked, as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services. The promoter will access the common areas of the project till the complete work of all the phases gets completed and completion certificate is obtained of the same as there is a single entry and exit point in the project. The allotees or the society of residents will have no right of objection on ongoing construction work of rest of the phases.

  • Use of Common Areas Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right (in common with other tenants and all others to whom Landlord has granted or may grant such rights) to use the Common Areas for the purposes intended, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time.
