Common use of Use of Facilities and Services Clause in Contracts

Use of Facilities and Services. 41.7.1 University space, facilities, and services (e.g., mail, copiers, phones, fax, electronic communications, etc.) may be used by the Union for the purpose of holding meetings and for the conducting of employee representational functions subject to the availability of space, limitations of state law, and established policies and procedures governing the use of University facilities.
