Use of Force Training. (1) LCJ shall develop an effective and comprehensive training program in the appropriate use of force. (2) LCJ shall ensure that correctional officers receive adequate training in LCJ’s use of force policies and procedures. (3) LCJ shall ensure that correctional officers receive adequate training in use of force and defensive tactics. (4) LCJ shall ensure that correctional officers receive pre-service and in-service training on reporting use of force and completing use of force reports.
