Use of Residence. A residence is a personal residence only if its primary use is as a residence of the term holder when occupied by the term holder. The principal residence of the term holder will not fail to meet the requirements of the preceding sentence merely be- cause a portion of the residence is used in an activity meeting the require- ments of section 280A(c) (1) or (4) (re- lating to deductibility of expenses re- lated to certain uses), provided that such use is secondary to use of the resi- dence as a residence. A residence is not used primarily as a residence if it is used to provide transient lodging and substantial services are provided in connection with the provision of lodg- ing (e.g., a hotel or a bed and break- fast). A residence is not a personal resi- dence if, during any period not occu- pied by the term holder, its primary use is other than as a residence. Use of Residence. HALL EQUIPMENT: Residence hall equipment, supplies, and furnishings must not be dismantled or removed from their designated area. Charges may be assessed for misuse or removal.

Use of Residence. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to use the premises only as a residence for themselves. Tenant must inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and obtain permission first, 30 days in advance, if there is a change in roommates and/or additional roommates are desired. This must be done 30 daaysprior and it must be written and approved by CCD Rentals before going into efect. A $100.00 charge will be added per roommate every month, it could be more.This will be determined by CCD Rentals. If tenant fails to inform landlord of additional people occupying said rental agreement or change in tenants without permission is in violation of this rental agreement. Additional roommates must be approved FIRST by CCD Rentals before moving in.
Use of Residence. From and after the Entrance Date, the Resident will have the sole and exclusive right to personally use the Residence, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Such right of use shall be subject to the Community’s determination that such independent living arrangements are suitable for the Resident given the Resident’s then current physical and mental health and its impact on the Resident’s ability to live independently. The Resident acknowledges that Orchard Cove is a congregate setting and that the Resident is responsible for using the Residence in a manner that is not disruptive to others living in the Community, including but not limited to minimizing noise.
Use of Residence. The occupant will use his residence only as a place of residence during the academic year and in a way that is respectful of self, property, the rights of others, civil laws and University norms. Occupants are expected to maintain standards of cleanliness. Empty food and beverage containers must be recycled or disposed of after use. Residents may not dispense alcohol for payment in any way. Possession and use of incense and/or candles is not permitted in any residential area. Residents of Placid/Maur/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Court must keep the stairwell landings within and outside their apartments clear of furniture and other materials that would impede safe evacuation of the apartment in case of fire or other emergency. Residents of Seton, Placid/Maur, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Court and St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Court must keep doorways and immediate access bridges (sidewalks) clear of debris, snow, etc.
Use of Residence. The Trustee may purchase or hold a residence to be occupied by the income beneficiary of any Trust (and/or him family) without rent, and the expense of maintaining the residence may be borne by the Trust, the beneficiary, or partly by each, as the Trustee may deem proper.
Use of Residence. Tenant shall use the Residence solely as a private dwelling for Tenant and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s household as identified above and may not use or permit the Residence to be used for any other purpose. Tenant may not permit and must prohibit anyone other than a Household Member(s) from residing in the Residence during ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s absence. Tenant may not permit and must prohibit anyone other than a Household Member(s) from using the Residence as an address or as a “mail drop”. Tenant may not permit and must prohibit anyone from staying at the Residence for more than 14 consecutive calendar days or a total of 30 cumulative days during any 12 month period. Longer stays may be granted to the family upon Authority’s prior written permission. Tenant must notify Authority when a guest(s)/visitor(s) will be staying for more than 5 consecutive calendar days. Authority may consider granting an exception to the length of stay only if the family can identify and provide documentation of the guest’s or visitor's primary residence. Tenant must notify Authority within 24 hours if any guest is a registered sex offender, or has been convicted of the manufacture or production of methamphetamines. Failure to comply with this provision is a serious and material violation of the Lease and grounds for termination of the Lease.
Use of Residence. To the extent consistent with a Supplemental Needs Trust, the Trustees may acquire, hold, and maintain any residence (whether held as real property, condominium, cooperative apartment or otherwise) for investment or for the use and benefit of the Beneficiary of this trust, as the Independent Trustees, in the exercise of sole and absolute discretion, determine, including allowing the Beneficiary the exclusive right to occupy and use the real property and to permit members of the Beneficiary’s family or friends or medical or household employees (including independent contractors) for the Beneficiary also to occupy the property with the Beneficiary. If the Independent Trustees determines that it would be in the best interests of the Beneficiary to maintain a residence for the use of the Beneficiary but that the residence owned by the Trustees should not be used for such purpose, the Trustees are authorized to sell said residence and to apply the net proceeds of sale, or a portion of such net proceeds, to the purchase of such other residence or residences or to make such other arrangements as the Independent Trustees may deem suitable for the purpose. Any proceeds of sale not needed for reinvestment in a residence as provided above are to be added to the principal of the trust and thereafter held, administered, and disposed of as a part thereof. The Trustees shall use the proceeds to pay all carrying charges of such residence, including but not limited to any taxes, assessments, and maintenance thereon, and all expenses of the repair and operation thereof, including the employment of household employees (including independent contractors), and other expenses incident to the maintenance of a household for the benefit of the Beneficiary of the trust, to make such improvements to the residence as the Trustees may, in the exercise of sole and absolute discretion, determine to be appropriate to make the residence suitable for the Beneficiary, and to expend such amounts as the Independent Trustees may determine to be appropriate to maintain the current lifestyle of the Beneficiary, or to improve the lifestyle of the Beneficiary, including, but not limited to, providing for the personal care and comfort of the Beneficiary in any manner.
Use of Residence. The Residence is for living only and shall not be used for carrying on any busi- ness or profession, nor in any manner in violation of zoning restrictions.
