Use of Service Information and Other Data; Promotion of Products and Services. By submitting Service Information, you acknowledge and agree that we may use, copy, modify, display, store, create new material from, and distribute such Service Information (i) to provide My GreenInsights to you, (ii) to contact you regarding Service status and usage and to inform you about other matters relevant to the Service and/or the information collected by or through the Service, (iii) to provide information to you about enhancements to the Service, (iv) to respond to your questions or comments about the Service, (v) to conduct surveys about the Service, (vi) to improve the operation of the Service, and (vii) as otherwise provided in this Agreement. You hereby grant us a license for the foregoing purposes, without any obligation on our part to pay fees and without any limitations beyond those expressly provided in this Agreement, and you acknowledge that we may assign such license to any third party in connection with our assignment of this Agreement and/or any or all of our rights hereunder, or our delegation of any or all of our responsibilities hereunder. You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide Service Information to us and to grant us a license for the use thereof as provided in this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that we may use Service Information as a basis for communicating information about our products and services to you. You agree that we may display advertisements and promotions of all kinds within the Service application and interface, and you agree not to disable any technology required or utilized to serve or display such advertising. We disclaim any representation or warranty that any products or services, and/or any terms related thereto, that are advertised, promoted, or communicated to you through the Service are actually the terms that may be offered to you if you pursue such products or services or that they are the best terms available from us or in the market for such products and services. Anonymous, aggregate information, comprising financial account balances, other financial account data, or other available data that is collected through your use of the Service, may be used by us to conduct certain analytical research, performance tracking and benchmarking. We may publish summary or aggregate results relating to metrics comprised of research data from time to time and distribute or license such anonymous, aggregated research data for any purpose, including but not limited to, helping to improve ...

  • Voice Information Service Traffic ‌ 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a Talk America Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, Talk America shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to Talk America. Talk America shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not Talk America collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 Talk America shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event Talk America exercises such option, Talk America will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow Talk America to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless Talk America has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which Talk America will collect from Talk America’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, Talk America shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to Talk America. Talk America shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not Talk America collects such charges from its own Customer.

When you need care, call your PCP, who will help coordinate your care. Your healthcare coverage under this plan is provided or arranged through our network of PCPs, specialists, and other providers. You’re encouraged to: • become involved in your healthcare by asking providers about all treatment plans available and their costs; • take advantage of the preventive health services offered under this plan to help you stay healthy and find problems before they become serious. Each member is required to select and provide the name of his or her network PCP who will provide and arrange for your health care. Your PCP provides your health care, orders lab tests and x-rays, prescribe medicines or therapies, and arranges hospitalization when necessary. You may choose one from the list of Access Blue New England network PCP providers on our website. Each enrolled member may select a different PCP. If a PCP is not chosen, we may assign one for each enrolled member. You may change your designated PCP by calling our Customer Service Department or visiting our website. Finding a PCP in our network is easy. To select a provider, or to check that a provider is in our network, please use the “Find a Doctor” tool on our website or call Customer Service. Please note: We are not obligated to provide you with a provider. We are not liable for anything your provider does or does not do. We are not a healthcare provider and do not practice medicine, dentistry, furnish health care, or make medical judgments.

  • Description of Goods or Services and Additional Terms and Conditions The Contractor shall perform as set forth in Exhibit A. For purposes of this Contract, to perform and the performance in Exhibit A is referred to as “Perform” and the “Performance.”

  • Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.
