Common use of Use of the Facilities Clause in Contracts

Use of the Facilities. A. The Union shall have the right to use the College duplicating services, computer services, and inter-College mail system on a reasonable basis for Union business. It is mutually understood that the Union will reimburse the College for related duplicating costs. B. The Union will be granted appropriate space needed to post items on the College’s intranet site for unit members to view. C. The College agrees to provide meeting space for Union meetings in accordance with College policies.
