USE OF THE WORK. 1. From the date of acceptance of the Work the Person Ordering shall have the right to use, reproduce or further process the Work in compliance with this Contract. 2. The Person Ordering may use the Work for a different purpose only with the consent of the Author. 3. The Person Ordering shall keep and protect the Work against any damage. 4. The Author agrees to refrain from using the Work during the period for which it will be used by the Person Ordering.
