Common use of User Manual Clause in Contracts

User Manual. As used in this Agreement, the term “User Manual” means the current (as of the date of any use of the Services described in this Agreement) instructions, procedures, recommendations, documents, or other information exchanged or provided or made available by Bank or any third-party service provider or vendor to Customer in either paper or electronic form, including through the RDC Service, Online Payment Service, and/or ACH Service. Bank may amend or supplement User Manual from time to time with or without notice. Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that the User Manual and other instructions or documentation are not designed for the detection of errors. Bank is not, and will not be, obligated to detect errors by Customer or others, even if Bank takes certain actions from time to time to do so.
