The Developer shall be allowed the following uses in the Development as a part of the PUD approval, in accordance with the conditions set forth by the Town Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town Council: 1. Those uses allowed in the underlying Commercial (C) zoning district. 2. Multi-Family Residential: 23 units.
