Utility Clerk. A Utility Clerk is an employee whose duties do not include any of the work of a Grandfathered Warehouse Clerk, All Purpose Clerk, Meat/Service Clerk or Meat Cutter. Utility Clerks may be assigned to perform only clean-up work, cart collection, related front-end duties, baling and/or collection of cardboard and other refuse, and hanging advertisements or other related materials. If Utility Clerks are assigned to work in other classifications, they shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay for that classification and all hours worked in the higher classification shall be credited to their progression steps. Utility Clerks may perform all duties currently assigned plus facing of shelves. Facing is strictly defined as making the existing display or shelf look presentable with the product that is already on the shelf. Facing does not include any restocking, replenishing, or resetting of individual product or cases, except for the work of restocking customarily referred to as go backs. Facing does not include tear down or movement of any display, arrangement or product. 5.4.1 Effective June 19, 2000, the maximum number of hours in any one (1) week, in any one (1) store, that Utility Clerks may work in a higher classification shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total number of hours scheduled in the Utility Clerk classification for that week. In the event of a violation, the most senior part-time employee in the classification(s) in which the majority of that work was performed, shall receive pay for the number of additional hours that were worked over the twenty percent (20%) up to forty (40) hours. If any balance of hours remains then that balance shall be paid to the next senior part-time employee(s) in that classification until such balance is exhausted. Three (3) violations of this provision in any one store within any ninety (90) day period shall result in that store being prohibited from using Utility Clerks in a higher classification for a period of ninety (90) days. The ninety (90) day penalty period shall be extended by thirty (30) days if there is a further violation during the ninety (90) day penalty period. Maintenance forms will be kept for a minimum of six (6) weeks and made available at store level to Union Representatives, upon request.   • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Utility Service To the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the Sellers and Purchaser shall obtain ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date to aid in the proration of charges for gas, electricity and other utility services which are not the direct responsibility of Tenants. Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.

  • Utility Bills Copies of all utility bills (gas, electric, water and sewer) relating to the Property for the immediately prior twelve (12) month period.

  • Electrician The employer may take an inventory of an employee’s tools when the latter is hired, failing which, the list of tools in the appendix hereto shall prevail. In the event of loss or damage resulting from a fire or break-in, the employer shall replace the tools in question or compensate the employee for up to $600.00.

  • Building Directory A directory for the Building will be provided for the display of the name and location of tenants. Landlord reserves the right to approve any additional names Tenant desires to place in the directory and, if so approved, Landlord may assess a reasonable charge for adding such additional names.
