Vacation / Time Off Sign-Ups For Time Off And Floating Holidays. 170. Beginning in November 2022, sign-ups for scheduled time off, including floating holidays, shall be held annually in November of each year. The November 2022 bid will go into effect on February 1, 2023. Thereafter, the annual bid will go into effect on January 1 of each year. Beginning in January 2025, sign-ups for scheduled time off, including floating holidays, shall be held annually in January of each year. The annual time off period shall be in effect from the first full week of February through the last full week of January of the following year. Operators may use their accrued discretionary paid time off (e.g., floating holidays, vacation, banked holidays) in whatever order they prefer.

  • Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee. It is required for the Employee to give notice before scheduling their vacation in accordance with Company policy.

  • Reinstatement of Vacation Days - Sick Leave In the event an employee is sick or injured prior to the commencement of his/her vacation, such employee shall be granted sick leave and the vacation period so displaced shall be added to the vacation period if requested by the employee and by mutual agreement, or shall be reinstated for use at a later date.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid vacation days per calendar year (prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time that is at least as favorable as that provided to other similarly situated executives of the Company. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.
