Vector Control. Application of pesticides or herbicides in conformance with state or Tribal regulations to reduce adverse public health effects, including aerial and truck mounted spraying.

Vector Control. Contractor shall provide for vector control such that vectors and associated nuisance is minimized. On-site Storage of Material. Contractor will provide Agency with a clear protocol for how different material types will be managed at various stages of processing, to ensure that no material is stored on site for longer than allowed under permits. See Exhibit E for proposed plan, which may be modified if requested by Contractor and approved by the SCWMA. Such plan shall be in alignment with the plans provided to regulatory bodies associated with active permits. The Contractor shall comply with applicable Federal rules and revised California rules regarding composting and control of the plant pathogen Phytophthora ramorum, the causative agent of Sudden Oak Death. If finished compost or mulch are transported out of the quarantined area, a Compliance Agreement would be executed with the County Agricultural Commissioner at the required time and specified conditions therein would be followed. Any changes to documents contained in Exhibit E or any other exhibit to this Agreement should not be considered a Material Change in Law. Days and Hours of Operation. Contractor will operate the Organic Materials Processing Facility for the receipt of SCWMA’s Organic Materials between the hours of [SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION] 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Organic Materials Processing Facility will be closed on Holidays [SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION]. Contractor may not reduce the hours or total number of hours for acceptance of SCWMA’s Organic Materials without the concurrence of the SCWMA except for reductions required by a change in a Permit subsequent to the Effective Date.
