Vending. Tenant shall have the right to enter into all contracts for the provision of vending services in the Improvements and may allow each Building Tenant the right to enter into such contract with respect to such tenant’s own space in the Improvements.
Vending. To sell products directly you may be required to acquire a Sellers Permit /Sales Tax License or special permits due to the nature of your product for the state in which you have registered to participate. These permits and licenses are the responsibility of the Exhibitor/vendor. Food/drink may NOT be sold (unless you are a registered food vendor for the show). All goods or services sold at the Event should conform to current trading standards legislation. No gaming such as raffles or any other games of chance are permitted except by special permit. Any fundraising is done solely through our own permitted charity program. Without limiting any other remedy otherwise available to Emerald hereunder or at law or in equity, Exhibitor is solely responsible for and shall indemnify and hold harmless Emerald from and against any and all fines, judgments, penalties, costs and expenses or any other damages or claims, including without limitation attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred by Emerald or any of its affiliates in connection with Exhibitor’s failure to comply with the foregoing.
Vending canvassing, soliciting and peddling in the Building are prohibited, and Tenant shall cooperate in seeking their prevention.
Vending. NO VENDING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED during the cruise unless you are an approved USC sponsor or vendor. Please do not make t-shirts, hats, posters, jewellery, or anything else to sell while enjoying USC. Anyone found in violation of this policy will have his or her unauthorized merchandise confiscated. Vending. Vending machines should blend into each property’s natural surroundings. All efforts shall be made by the concessionaire to achieve this directive.
Vending. *1. All Vendor lots belong to the owners of Fredericksburg Trade Days at Sunday Farms, and each Vendor rents his/her lots at the pleasure of the ownership. *2. Vending must occur from rented spaces and may not exceed the space boundaries. *3. Vendors must maintain their lots in an orderly and clean manner to protect the safety of themselves and the shopping public. *4. No animals can be sold at this market. *
Vending. The competition venue concessionaire may sell soft drinks in the souvenir drinking cups, but no commercial identification, including the concessionaire’s logo, may be displayed on the souvenir cup unless specifically authorized by the NCAA. If the souvenir cup includes the NCAA’s registered marks, it must be purchased from an NCAA licensee and is not considered a reimbursable expense. Additionally, no commercial identification, including the concessionaire’s logo, may be displayed on other items (e.g., napkins) that accompany concessions or catered meals/refreshments. If an item sold in concession areas comes in packaging with the name of the product on it (e.g., ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇), it is permissible for those items to be sold in this manner and brought into the general seating area.
