Common use of Verbal Procedure Clause in Contracts

Verbal Procedure. If an employee has a grievance and wishes to enter it into the grievance procedure, he/she shall, within five (5) business days of the occurrence of the incident which gave rise to the grievance, discuss it with his/her immediate supervisor with the object of resolving the matter informally.
