Verbal Statement Sample Clauses

A Verbal Statement clause establishes that only written terms in the contract are legally binding, and that any prior or contemporaneous verbal agreements or statements are not enforceable. In practice, this means that if parties discussed certain terms orally before or during contract negotiations, those terms will not be recognized unless they are included in the final written agreement.
