Verify Program. The affidavit is attached to the solicitation documents. If the Bidder/Contractor does not comply with providing both the acceptable E-Verify evidence and the executed affidavit the bidder’s / Contractor’s proposal may be deemed non- responsive. Additionally, Contractors shall require all subcontracted Contractors to use the E-Verify system for all purchases not covered under the “Exceptions to the program” clause above.
Verify Program. The Contractor must pre‐screen Candidates using the E‐verify Program (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/E‐Verify) website to meet the established employment eligibility requirements. The Vendor must ensure that the Candidate has two valid forms of Government issued identification prior to ensure the correct information is entered into the E‐verify system. An initial list of verified/eligible Candidates must be provided to the COR no later than 3 business days after the initial contract award. *When contracts are with individuals, the individuals will be required to complete a Form I‐9, Employment Eligibility Verification, with the designated Government representative. This form will be provided to the KO and shall become part of the official contract file.
Verify Program. Contractor shall register and enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Homeland Security E‐Verify program within sixty (60) days after execution of this Agreement. Contractor shall ensure all Contractor employees and any sub‐ contractor(s) assigned to perform work under this Agreement are eligible to work in the United States. Contractor shall provide verification of compliance upon City request. Failure by Contractor to comply with this subsection shall be considered a material breach.
Verify Program. The Seller’s failure to assure compliance by all its’ subcontractors with the E-Verify Program may be considered a material breach of this Contract by the City. City retains the legal right to inspect the papers of any employee of the Seller or any subcontractor who works on this Contract to ensure that the Seller or any subcontractor is complying with the warranty given above. City may conduct random verification of the employment records of the Seller and any of its subcontractors to ensure compliance with this warranty. The Seller agrees to indemnify, defend and hold City harmless for, from and against all losses and liabilities arising from any and all violations of these statutes.

  • E-Verify Program Grantee certifies that it utilizes and will continue to utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to determine the eligibility of: A. all persons employed to perform duties within Texas during the term of the Grant Agreement; and B. all persons, (including subcontractors) assigned by the Grantee to perform work pursuant to the Grant Agreement within the United States of America.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Program 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end, and further to Section 5.08 of the General Conditions: (a) the Borrower and the Bank shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the Borrower’s macroeconomic policy framework and the progress achieved in carrying out the Program; (b) prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Bank for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Bank shall reasonably request; and (c) without limitation upon the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section, the Borrower shall promptly inform the Bank of any situation that would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program or any action taken under the Program including any action specified in Section I of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

  • Program Compliance The School Board shall be responsible for monitoring the program to provide technical assistance and to ensure program compliance.

  • The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. ACE will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.
