Violation of Pass Policies. A. Any Deck Officer, Deck Officer’s spouse or the Deck Officer’s dependent(s) who knowingly violates WSF Pass Use Policies will be subject to: 1. A three (3) month suspension of all pass privileges for a first offense; 2. A one (1) year suspension of all pass privileges for a second offense; and 3. Permanent revocation of all pass privileges for a third offense. B.
