Violation of Pass Policies. A. Any employee, employee’s spouse or the employee’s dependent(s) who knowingly violates WSF Pass Use Policies will be subject to: 1. A three (3) month suspension of all pass privileges for a first offense; 2. A one (1) year suspension of all pass privileges for a second offense; and 3. Permanent revocation of all pass privileges for a third offense. B. The Employer shall publish and provide to the employees and the Union a copy of the rules, regulations and policies concerning pass usage.
