Common use of Violation of Pass Policies Clause in Contracts

Violation of Pass Policies. A. Any employee, employee’s spouse or the employee’s dependent(s) who knowingly violates WSF Pass Use Policies will be subject to: 1. A three (3) month suspension of all pass privileges for a first offense;‌ 2. A one (1) year suspension of all pass privileges for a second offense; and 3. Permanent revocation of all pass privileges for a third offense. B. The Employer shall publish and provide to the employees and the Union a copy of the rules, regulations and policies concerning pass usage.
