VISIBILITY OF FAILURES/PROBLEMS ON OTHER PROGRAMS. The Contractor shall provide XM with immediate and full visibility of all technical/programmatic aspects of failures and problems occurring at component (piece part), unit, subsystem, or system level on other programs, on ground or in orbit, that are relevant to the XM spacecraft, and of associated corrective actions. XM shall keep such information strictly confidential.
