Common use of Visioneer's list of HP Clause in Contracts

Visioneer's list of HP. scanner customers who purchase Upgrades will be made available quarterly to HP upon HP's request for internal business purposes only, and not for the purposes of marketing software. This list will be owned by Visioneer, will be deemed Confidential, and may not be disclosed to any third party software vendors without Visioneer's prior written consent. ATTENTION: USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE HP SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE LICENSE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE LICENSE TERMS, YOU MUST RETURN THE SOFTWARE FOR A FULL REFUND. IF THE SOFTWARE IS SUPPLIED WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT, YOU MAY RETURN THE ENTIRE UNUSED PRODUCT FOR A FULL REFUND.
