The Offeror shall provide sufficient details for evaluation of its proposed Configuration Management (CM) plan and how it complies in accordance with the SOW paragraph 12 (Section C). The Offeror shall demonstrate through these details an understanding of the CM requirements for this acquisition and describe how it will implement a CM Program. The Offeror shall provide examples of how it has successfully initiated CM on a previous program of similar size and complexity, as compared to the TDP of this solicitation. b. The Offeror shall provide its process on managing engineering changes or deviations to the TDP that are either requested by the Contractor, or changes provided by the Government in accordance with the SOW paragraph 12.
