Warnings. Whenever the Employer or authorized agent deems it necessary to censure an employee in a manner indicating dismissal or discipline may follow any further infraction, or may follow if such employee fails to bring their work up to a required standard by a given date, the Employer shall call a meeting with the employee notifying the employee they have the right to a shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Union representative at that meeting. The Employer shall, within ten (10) days after the meeting, give written particulars of such censure to the employee involved and the Secretary of the Union.
