Web Based Applications. A version of the Software accessed online via a web browser, licensed by Site and maintained by ▇▇▇▇▇, for example, Drake Zero or Web1040.
Web Based Applications. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the Subscription Term CCH SFS grants to Customer and its Authorized Users a limited, nontransferable, nonexclusive right to access and use, and to permit the applicable number of Concurrent Users to use, the Web-based Application solely for Customer’s internal business use and for the purpose of performing tax and/or accounting services for Clients. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the right to access and use the Web-based Application granted herein does not cover any underlying components of the Web-based Application, CCH SFS’ underlying application engines, or any other component of the Web- based Application or the operating environment within which the Web-based Application operates that is not intended by CCH SFS for access by any Authorized User.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the right to access and use the Web-based Application granted herein does not cover any underlying components of the Web-based Application, CCH SFS’ underlying application engines, or any other component of the Web-based Application or the operating environment within which the Web-based Application operates that is not intended by CCH SFS for access by any Authorized User.

Web Based Applications a. In consideration of and upon receipt of payment of the License Fee and User Access Fee (defined below) by Licensee and subject to the term and conditions set forth in this Section 10, Drake grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Web Based Application at such time as it is generally available, solely as permitted by this Agreement and any other applicable terms as described herein. b. Web Based Applications purchased on a “return” basis (“Subscription License”) ARE NOT subject to the Site restrictions set forth in Section 3. c. Web Based Applications purchased per Site (“Site License”) ARE subject to the Site restrictions set forth in Section 3. d. This Agreement does not grant Licensee access to ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ Software, data, or property other than for the purposes of using the applicable Web Based Application. e. Licensee acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement by using the Web Based Applications. f. User Access to the Web Based Applications i. Access to the Web Based Application (“User Access”) is subject to payment of an annual user access fee (“User Access Fee”) as set forth on Exhibit A. The User Access Fee is based on the number of users. User Access for additional users can be purchased on a per user basis. User Access Fees are charged on an annual basis and are not prorated. The User Access Fee is in addition to the License Fee. ii. Unless renewed as set forth below, User Access to the Web Based Application will expire on December 31, 2026. iii. User Access may be renewed at any time once the opportunity to renew is made available by ▇▇▇▇▇ and prior to December 31, 2026 subject to the payment of the then current User Access Fee (each a “Renewal”). Such Renewal includes User Access for preparation and filing 2026 Tax Returns and prior year Tax Returns (“Prior Year Access”); provided that Licensee has licensed and paid for such Prior Year Access. Such Prior Year Access will be subject to and governed by the applicable Drake Software License and Non-Disclosure Agreement. For example, if License purchased access to the Web Based Applications for tax year 2025 and renews access for tax year 2026, such Renewal shall include access to the Web Based Application for filing tax year 2025 Tax Returns for an additional year; provided that such access for filing tax year 2025 Tax Returns will be governed by this Agreement while the access for tax year 2026 will be subject to the 2026 Drake Softwa...

Web Based Applications. A version of the Software including Drake Tax Online, accessed online via a web browser as further described in Section 10 below.
Web Based Applications. The License for use of a Web‐based Application version of the CCH Portal Software must be registered to a particular Designated Office and may only be used by Authorized Users primarily working out of such Designated Office. A Web‐based Application may be accessed at any location by an Authorized User through use of such Authorized User’s Online Account Access Information. Certain Web‐based Applications may include functionality that allows Customer’s clients to access Customer’s Online Account to view data specific to such client. Wolters Kluwer’s provision of such functionality shall be considered an implied license by Wolters Kluwer permitting Customer to provide such limited access to its clients.

  • Software Updates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by ▇▇▇▇▇ governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • Mobile Application If Red Hat offers products and services through applications available on your wireless or other mobile Device (such as a mobile phone) (the "Mobile Application Services"), these Mobile Application Services are governed by the applicable additional terms governing such Mobile Application Service. Red Hat does not charge for these Mobile Application Services unless otherwise provided in the applicable additional terms. However, your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates and other messaging, data and other rates and charges will apply to certain Mobile Application Services. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans your carrier offers and how much the plans cost. In addition, the use or availability of certain Mobile Application Services may be prohibited or restricted by your wireless carrier, and not all Mobile Application Services may work with all wireless carriers or Devices. Therefore, you should check with your wireless carrier to find out if the Mobile Application Services are available for your wireless Device, and what restrictions, if any, may be applicable to your use of such Mobile Application Services.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • SOFTWARE PIRACY PROHIBITION State or other public funds payable under this Contract shall not be used for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of federal copyright laws or applicable licensing restrictions. Contractor hereby certifies and warrants that, during the term of this Contract and any extensions, Contractor has and shall maintain in place appropriate systems and controls to prevent such improper use of public funds. If the State determines that Contractor is in violation of this provision, the State may exercise any remedy available at law or in equity or under this Contract, including, without limitation, immediate termination of this Contract and any remedy consistent with federal copyright laws or applicable licensing restrictions.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.
