The Website Launch clause defines the conditions and procedures for making a new website publicly accessible. Website Launch. 31.1. The website will only be launched or ‘go live’ once the Client has paid in full the sum of the project and also any hosting fees which may be required to host the website. During launch there is a 48 hour ‘propagation’ period whereby the internet needs to recognise the site is live before actually being able to produce the website online.
31.2. Other aspects such as domain names being configured/transferred/bought may affect this period of launch due to the third parties involved in the above changes being made. The Company cannot be held liable for the third party’s involvement and any effect this may have on the launch of the website.
Website Launch. (a) Provision of Content by Customer. Customer shall provide all necessary website content using the mechanism designated by Premium Group Realty within fourteen (14) days from the effective date to allow appropriate time for the development of the website. In the event that Customer fails to provide the necessary content on a timely basis, the website launch date shall be pushed back by the amount of the delay.
Website Launch. Upon Acceptance of the Work Product, Avelient will establish a website launch date in collaboration with Customer, based on resource availability. A minimum of five business days is required between the Acceptance date and the launch date. • Website Registrations. If requested by Customer, Avelient shall, for a negotiated fee, register the Website with search engines, online business directories/listings, and advertising portals as agreed upon by Customer and Avelient. • Back up of Work Product. Prior to Acceptance of the Work Product, Avelient shall back up its work at least once every day and store such back-up materials in a secure site at a separate location.
Website Launch. Once we have your website design ready to go live, we will take the necessary technical steps to ensure your website is running as quickly and efficiently as possible. With a Website Launch Service, we will work with the website hosting provider, setup your hosting account, and transfer the necessary files to ensure your website is functioning as promised. If you choose not to purchase our Website Launch Service, we will deliver your website design files via medium you choose, i.e., data disk, email, etc. Sorry, we are not able to publish or transfer your website design files via http or ftp if you do not purchase our Website Launch Service. Any feature or customization requiring complex web-based tasks such as log-in areas, shopping carts, and internet or intranet applications involve client-side and/or server- side programming. We offer Website Programming Services for Windows environment/systems only. The Website Maintenance Service includes minor revisions or additions, as supplied by the Client, to the static Content of your existing website. This Service covers basic website updates such as adding a webpage or document to Client's website, changing or updating text or pictures, and adding or removing links. If the Client chooses a third party for updating the Client's website, Techna Center, LLC reserves the right to charge extra Fee for time required to repair affected areas of the website. Website Maintenance Service excludes services requiring extensive labor time such as website design/redesign, copy writing, website programming, or other customizations to the website. Techna Center, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge for Services that are beyond the scope of general Website Maintenance Service.
