Weekday Overtime. On a three shift operation, where overtime results from employee absenteeism or extra workloads, the first half of the overtime shift will be offered to the Skilled trades of the preceding shift and the second half of the overtime shift to the incoming shift, in seniority order. The Company may use a contractor if no one volunteers. The Company will post a sign up sheet two (2) weeks prior to Christmas, so that skilled trades employees can indicate their availability to work.
