Common use of Weekend Hours Clause in Contracts

Weekend Hours. Employees, except temporary, substitute, and student employees required by the District to work additional hours on a Saturday or Sunday shall be compensated at the overtime rate of pay, as defined in Section 6.5.1. Temporary, substitute, and student employees shall only be entitled to overtime pay for weekend work to the extent required by applicable law.
